Gina, the “G” of G’s Creations began her cake career like most cake decorators, fascinated by the works of art created out of cake.  Having completed basic cake decorating classes, it wasn’t long before she was totally hooked.  The origins of G’s Creations started as an in-home bakery for friends.  Word soon spread about the cakes being created and the “shop” soon started to swallow several rooms.  Gina was soon studying under International Sugar Art master Nicholas Lodge at his prestigious ISAC School in Atlanta learning various techniques, including sugar flowers.   Follow us on Facebook at
